1. STEM Facilitator

Location: Lagos

As a STEM Facilitator at WAVE, you will play a vital role in empowering Nigerian children through hands-on, interactive, and project-based STEM experiences. The programs offered include After School Enrichment Programs, Camps, and Co-Curricular STEM programs, along with robotics workshops in secondary schools across South-West Nigeria.

Responsibilities of a STEM Facilitator at WAVE include:

  • Preparing resources for programs based on assigned topics and themes.
  • Managing inventory of class resources.
  • Conducting classes and workshops following provided training and format.
  • Supervising and assisting children during classes and after-class pick-up.
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with schools and customers.
  • Collaborating with the Operations and Logistics team to plan and execute activities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Science or Education.
  • Passion for working with children.
  • Creative, innovative, and enthusiastic.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Experience in teaching STEM Programs and coding skills.

2. Construction Project Manager – Architect

Location: Lagos

WAVE is seeking a Construction Project Manager with a background in architecture. This role involves supervising and monitoring construction projects from start to finish, with a focus on residential properties. Quality and safety are top priorities for WAVE.

Key Responsibilities of a Construction Project Manager at WAVE include:

  • Supervising and monitoring construction works.
  • Coordinating and controlling construction projects.
  • Liaising with contractors and construction teams.
  • Ensuring adherence to quality, health, and safety standards.
  • Writing regular reports to supervisors.

Qualifications:

  • Degree in Architecture.
  • Minimum of 5 years of construction management experience.
  • Proficiency in design tools and Microsoft Office.
  • Strong project management and reporting skills.

3. Technician

Location: Lagos

The Technician role at WAVE involves managing and developing technicians, supervising booth operations, and ensuring safety and efficiency in daily operations.

Responsibilities of a Technician at WAVE include:

  • Management and development of technicians.
  • Supervision of booth operations.
  • Monthly auditing of test booth operations.
  • Booth health, safety, and administrative management.

Qualifications:

  • OND (Ordinary National Diploma).
  • IT Certification and PM Certification.
  • Minimum of 2 years of technical experience.
  • Basic electrical knowledge.
  • Computer literacy and analytical skills.
