PDP Announces Job Vacancy.
In a recent announcement, the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) has opened up a job vacancy for the position of Director General of the Peoples Democratic Institute (PDI). As per the provisions outlined in Chapter 11, Section 62 of the PDP’s constitution (2017 as amended), the National Working Committee of the party is actively seeking qualified applicants for this prestigious role.
Interested candidates are required to meet certain criteria in order to be considered for the position. The minimum educational qualification for the role is a Master’s Degree in any of the disciplines of the Social Sciences/Humanities from a recognized and reputable university. Additionally, the candidate must have previous experience in Consultancy Services within an organization similar to the PDI, and must demonstrate competence in Social Research Methods with at least six years of relevant experience.
To further qualify for the position, applicants should have a strong record of research, comprising a minimum of 10 verifiable publications in reputable National and International Journals. Possessing a Ph.D. will be an added advantage.
